Six active optometrists carry subspecialty training in pediatric binocular vision, scleral lens fitting, cornea disease, myopia control, dry eye, and ocular therapeutics. The case mix is genuinely interesting.
We hire clinicians who want to think about cases, talk to patients, and stay long enough to see outcomes. We invest in staff training, OCT and topography equipment, and continuing education for the full team.

Optometrist (OD)
Seattle · Wallingford or Bellevue · EastgateComprehensive exams, specialty contact lens fitting, ocular disease management. Subspecialty interest in pediatric, scleral lens, cornea, or dry eye welcomed — referral pathways are established.

Licensed Optician
Wallingford optical dispensaryFrame styling, lens consultation, dispensing, post-fitting adjustments. Experience with Essilor digital lens portfolio (Stellest, Varilux, Eyezen) and premium frame lines preferred.

Optometric Technician
Both officesPatient history, pre-testing, autorefraction, lensometry, IOP, OCT, retinal imaging. Training provided for the right candidate — empathy and clinical curiosity matter more than years.

Patient Coordinator
Both officesFront desk, insurance verification, scheduling, recall. Bilingual English/Spanish or Mandarin a meaningful plus.
